Most of the prices in "Our Selected Recognition Items" are already discounted. For items on the linked search pages, we sometimes offer a price discounted from the advertised price, particularly for larger quantities. We will confirm whether our charge is the specified price or lower when you contact us.
All prices shown are per item unless otherwise specified. Prices include a one-color, one-location imprint. Set-up charges for printing screens, plates or dies vary from item to item, as specified. There are additional charges for multi-color imprints or multiple imprint locations. These will be quoted upon your request.
Prices do change up or down, and occasionally the price listed by the manufacturer is not current. Any price difference will be discussed with you before the order is accepted and processed.
Once you have found what you want, contact us with that information. Give us specifics about the product (product name, product #, quantity, imprint color(s), date needed) as well as your telephone number.
We will always call you if we have any questions, and then we'll email or fax you an Order Form, so that you have all the details you need before you actually confirm an order by (a) signing and dating the form and faxing it to us, or (b) filling out a purchase order from your organization.
For school districts and other public entities who submit a signed order form or purchase order, payment is net 30. For most other accounts, we require 50% with the order and the balance net 30 from final invoice for balance. The invoice will reflect the actual quantity(ies) of items shipped, plus shipping charges.
We accept Mastercard and Visa. We are only set up to take credit card information by telephone at present and will contact you for that information.
Texas customers without a valid Texas Sales Tax Exemption Certificate will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
If your circumstances warrant that an order be cancelled before production is begun, you will be billed for any costs of fulfilling your order prior to our own confirmed cancellation with the factory. These can include order processing, art, and setup charges.
General Imprint Color Information - Unless otherwise specified, all pricing in this catalog is based on a one-color, one-location imprint. Please note that colors reproduce differently on various types of material and exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple Imprint Colors - If more than one color is used in your imprint, additional charges will apply. If there is no information on these pages about the cost of additional imprint colors, please contact us. Multiple color imprints may not be available for some products, because of equipment limitations or registration problems with multi-color imprints. If you are uncertain, check with us before designing your imprint.
Standard Imprint Colors - Although some manufacturers will print your job in your color choice as close as possible without charge, some charge for a color that is not one of their "standard" colors, including PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors. Since it is prohibitive to list standard imprint colors for each item, please contact us if imprint color is a concern, either because your color is unusual (puce, mustard, for example) or because you require a specific PMS Color.
PMS Imprint Colors/PMS color charges - If a specific PMS color match is required, indicate that to us. We will inform you about PMS color charges, if any, for the particular item. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed, regardless of whether the manufacturer charges for that match.
Product Colors - Product colors are reproduced as closely as possible throughout our web site. However, actual colors of products or inks will vary somewhat because of the limitation of photography and web colors. Sometimes we can get information about the closest Pantone color of a product for you.
Production time is the amount of time it actually takes to produce an item with imprint at the factory. All production times listed are "approximate" and begin on the day your order and camera-ready art is received by the manufacturer. Times quoted are actual "working days" (Monday through Friday) and do not include holidays.
Production time does not include the time for shipping from the manufacturer. Shipping time can add 1-5 days, depending on the FOB location, unless you authorize rush shipping. We can check shipping ground time for you on receipt of your request, showing the "ship to" zip code.
Our concern is the same as your concern, getting the product delivered before your deadline, preferable well before. Like you, we do not like dealing with finger-nail-biting time constrictions. We will do everything possible to insure that your deadline can be met before your order is finalized. We will not assure you about deadlines if we are not confident they can be met. We may lose an order this way, but our reputation for dependability is on the line.
Shipping Method - All items are shipped F.O.B. point of manufacture and will be shipped the most economical way unless otherwise specified. If a rush is requested for a product, many manufacturers request that rush shipping also be used.
Shipping Charges - Merchandise pricing does NOT include shipping charges. We include freight/handling charges as billed from the manufacturer on your invoice. If you need a freight estimate for a product, please contact us with specific information regarding the product, quantity, and "ship to" zip code.
With many manufacturers, it is not possible to guarantee exact quantities. It is industry standard practice to allow for an over or underrun of up to 5% or more. Many manufacturers do ship exact quantities as their standard practice or for a charge. You will be informed about the over/underrun allowances for any item before it is ordered. If you do not see it, request it. Our invoice will reflect actual quantity shipped.
Printing Processes for Products - Processes for putting your message on a product include screen printing, hot foil stamping, die striking, acid etching, laser engraving, diamond engraving, embossing, debossing, embroidery, casting, pad printing, and others. Requirements for art preparation can vary depending on the process. If there are any problems with your art, we will assist in making the necessary changes.
Preparing Art for Your Custom Imprint - In almost all circumstances, there are no charges for our preparing your art or assisting you in preparing your art for the best possible imprint on a product. If we determine that your job requires an art charge, we will contact you before any work is done. You can send us your entire set-up for the art or just the logo or other graphic you want included and let us do the rest. See "Art File Formats" below for information on emailing a logo. You can also snail-mail us a clean hard copy of your logo for scanning and/or vectorizing. DO NOT FOLD mailed art.
Clip Art - If you need additional graphics, we have an extensive collection of clipart to assist you.
Art File Formats
Halftoned/Screened/Shadowed/Tinted Art – Halftones (a percentage of a spot color) may not be reproducible on some products or appear the way you may be used to seeing them on paper, because the lpi or dpi specifications (lines or dots per inch) will look coarse at the imprint size. Please check with us before designing an imprint with a halftone, so we can get the specifications for your prior knowledge and art preparation. We can usually make suggestions for eliminating the halftones without losing the look you want.
Emailing Art – Send art files to email@example.com. Please include your name, organization, and contact information, including phone number. Once you have entered this information, attach your file(s) to the e-mail and send. Please call 800-672-6239 to confirm an art email has been sent.

If there is damage because of shipper negligence (torn or dented boxes are usually involved), please be sure to indicate this in writing on your delivery receipt and contact us for further information. Be sure to save all shipping materials for inspection.
With prior authorization by Imprint Resources, returns due to material or manufacturing defect will be accepted and freight will be prepaid. Please contact us within 30 days for details and instructions. We will issue a returned goods authorization number. We regret we cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. Defects discovered after a customer has had a third party apply additional decoration will not be accepted.
